On this page we demonstrate the impressive features of our Mapplet, a Java Applet for interactive digital vector map rendering inside web browsers. Our small applet loads pretty quickly and receives map data on-the-fly over a regular HTTP Internet connection. The remote vector map data is compressed very efficiently and is transferred on-demand to the mapplet. The raw map data forwarded to our very fast and high quality map rendering engine combined with a pretty responsive user interface.

This Java map applet requires that Java is enabled in your web browser. For users who choose not to use the Java map applet or those who cannot, we've the alternative product option mOSAic.
